Policys

Our Policies

At Mätkonsult, we are committed to conducting our business with high quality, responsibility and respect for both people and the projects we work on. Our policies are part of our everyday work and describe the principles that guide us as a company, employer and service provider.

Quality Policy

Precision throughout every assignment

At Mätkonsult, quality means more than high surveying accuracy. It means understanding the client's needs, choosing the right method, delivering the right information at the right time and being a reliable partner throughout the entire assignment.

We strive to ensure that every surveying assignment is carried out with high precision, efficiency and consistent quality, adapted to the requirements and conditions of each project.

The competence of our employees is essential to the quality of what we deliver. We therefore work continuously with professional development, knowledge sharing and training. We also follow developments in surveying technology and digital working methods so that we can use the methods and tools that provide the greatest value in our assignments.

An important part of our quality work is prevention. We aim to identify risks, uncertainties and potential errors before they affect the project. If a deviation does occur, we address it promptly, investigate the cause and use the experience to improve the way we work.

Mätkonsult's goal is to provide surveying services that our clients can rely on – every time.

Mätkonsult AB's quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001.

Work Environment Policy

A safe workplace where people can develop

Mätkonsult's work environment management aims to create the conditions for a safe, sustainable and positive workplace where people feel well, are involved and have the opportunity to develop.

We work systematically to prevent accidents, ill health and other occupational risks. Our work environment management covers the physical, organisational and social work environment and is a natural part of how we plan and carry out our operations.

Our assignments involve working in many different environments – from offices and construction sites to roads, tunnels and other civil engineering environments. Risk awareness, careful planning and shared responsibility for safety are therefore particularly important to us.

We comply with applicable occupational health and safety legislation while working to create a workplace characterised by openness, respect, cooperation and a sense of community.

Everyone at Mätkonsult shares responsibility for the work environment. We encourage our employees to identify risks, suggest improvements and speak up when something is not working as it should.

A good work environment is essential for the well-being of our employees and for our ability to carry out our assignments safely and professionally.

Equality and Equal Treatment

Everyone should have equal opportunities

At Mätkonsult, everyone should be treated with respect and have equal opportunities to develop and contribute – regardless of who they are.

We do not accept discrimination, harassment or any other form of degrading treatment. Decisions concerning recruitment, work assignments, professional development, pay and other employment conditions must be based on objective criteria and comply with applicable anti-discrimination legislation.

We want to create a workplace where different experiences, perspectives and knowledge are valued and where all employees feel welcome and included.

Responsibility is shared by everyone. All employees are expected to contribute to a respectful working environment and to speak up if someone is treated unfairly. Our managers have a particular responsibility to prevent discrimination and harassment and to take action when problems are identified.

At Mätkonsult, competence, commitment and responsibility should determine the opportunities you are given.
